Please give a summary about your group and what you will be displaying. Please email us any pictures that we can add to the website/programme/social media etc.

Please list all members of your group and if they will be staying or leaving site each day.
This is a 2-day event and you are expected to exhibit both days.
Wristbands will be issued for all members of your group at booking in and must be worn at all times., No wristband = no entry to the bar and evening entertainment or re-entry to the site. There will be no re issue of wristbands. Do NOT lose them!
Free entry is only for those participating in your group or display Please don’t abuse this.
We will give 6 full weekend passes to your group, please contact us if you require more which there will be a nominal charge for
Tables
Please indicate the amount of space and tables your display requires. Please send a plan of your display so we can ensure we put you in an appropriate position
Plastic camping
All campers require a vehicle pass for the plastic camp site which will be issued at booking in.
Passes are only for members displaying within their group and whose names have been given.
Please least vehicles for plastic camping here (if there are further vehicles then please email us with the make, model and reg number separately).
The Norfolk Pavillion will be locked and secured overnight. You may arrive from noon on Thursday 2nd October 2025, no earlier, and if you wish you can stay until Monday 6th October until noon at the latest
Booking in:
Thursday Noon - 8.30pm.
Friday 10am to 8.30 pm
Saturday 7.30am to 9.30am.
Sunday return from 7.30am to 9.30am
You may stay on site until noon on Monday if you wish
ALL vehicle owners to note that there will be NO vehicle movement on site for the duration of the show unless authorised by BTH (eg the parade).
