The form is only to be used if you are bringing a vehicle to display at the show (military, bus or tractor) and displaying on both days of the show. This gives you free entry for supporting the show in its entirety for both days.  (you may go home on Saturday after the vehicle parade but you MUST return on Sunday morning)

Rules
The following rules are strictly enforced, and numbers include yourself:
Your vehicle entitles you to TWO adult (16+) and TWO child (5-15) weekend passes

Brief details and please email a photo. All photos will be uploaded onto the website vehicle gallery
We reserve the right to refuse quantities of the same type of vehicle due to capacity. If in doubt, please contact us before booking.
NO Quad bikes.
Only green camping is permitted with your vehicle.
Each vehicle pitch is approximately 5m wide x 10m long (you will be parked as you arrive, so may get more width if needed).
Your camp must be behind your vehicle. If you require more space due to your vehicle size please state here:
Support vehicle details
Please only bring if necessary. Support vehicles are to park in the allocated car park not on your pitch unless they are of a military type in which case a separate booking should be made.
Arrival information
If you are arriving as part of a group that wishes to stay together, please give details here.
Please arrive and book in together as we can't guarantee you space together if not.
Please tick one of the following
Booking In:

Thursday Noon - 8.00pm.

Friday 10am to 8.00 pm

Saturday 7.30am to 9.30am.

Sunday return from 7.30am to 9.30am

You may stay on site until noon on Monday if you wish
ALL vehicle owners to note that there will be NO vehicle movement on site for the duration of the show unless authorised by BTH (eg the parade).
There will be NO movement of tracked vehicles at all unless authorised by BTH.
All vehicle owners are expected to exhibit for the duration of the show You may leave each evening buy you MUST return for the show. You must be on site and set up by 9.30am Saturday & Sunday morning. There will be no admission for vehicles after this time.

All vehicles can join the parade at the end of the show and leave at this point. Anyone attempting to leave before the public have left and the gates are opened will have to wait to exit and will not be invited to the show next year. Gates will be opened at the end of the parade which will be the close of the show

Declaration
I declare that:
The vehicle described above is covered by suitable insurance to meet the requirements of the Road Traffic Act.
The vehicle has a valid test certificate if required, and if not required that the vehicle is roadworthy within the terms of the vehicle insurance and the Road Traffic Act.
I and any person driving the vehicle hold a valid driving licence for the class of vehicle and is included on the insurance cover.
I agree that I and my party will abide by the shows rules and will obey the instructions of security and marshals on duty.
I will show/display my vehicle pass.
I and my party will wear our wristbands for the duration of the show, no w wristband = no re-entry to the show or the evening entertainment in the bar.
I understand that any support vehicle shall be removed from my pitch before the show opens by 9.30am and will not return until the show closes after 5pm.
I acknowledge that security will be provided on Friday & Saturday evenings and I am aware that any loss or damage to my equipment or vehicle is my responsibility.
Any firearms that I display will comply with British Law and the rules and regulations of the Show.
I will have a working fire extinguisher.
I understand that to participate I must stay on site for BOTH days of the show.
I confirm that I have read the show rules that are available on the website.
